 Well my name is Rob, I'm 26 and I  am working towards creating a foundation that builds people jobs wherever needed. I am currently taking care of my 38 year old quadraplegic brother and we are living it up in the sunshine state.

I have the list of foods for the body makeover and am completely clueless on the recipes for these things and with the price of this stuff I'd hate to throw it out. If any of you have some recipes or a healthy site that has recipes for these foods I'd appreciate it. Please email me.
