positive thoughts about experiences

There is no clear way to ignore a negative experience and try to replace it with a positive one. Life just does not work that way. But what we can do is put positive thoughts in our minds about that experience a life lesson looking at it in a positive way, for example one of my friends dumped me and I was upset about it. But I kept putting positive thoughts into my mind, of course later in the day i saw the positive side of why it happened. The universe is responding to my thoughts to have positive friends in my life, goodbye to the past and hello future!

RE: I agree

Yes I agree with what you just said. My ex boyfriend is my close friend and he supports me where he can listening to my bitching lol! But he never looked at me as an object or a disabled person what so ever.
