Fitness and weight loss journey

Recently I joined a gym which has motivated me to keep getting closer to my weight loss goal. I went to get weighed and messured, I am a bit over weight of the normal healthy weight. I used to be a size 12 now 14 or 16 depending on fabric too. I had done so far 5 days of workout and got up early to do my workouts, I did get up early to get a spot in a swiss ball class as they had no balls left and that upsetted me. Any ways I have been on a diet and on appitte supplments to help control my cravings, I'm my worst enemy when it comes to food. So far my fitness has improved and I can't wait to see my new body of my dreams.

Good luck!!

You can do this!!  The biggest things to look at while trying to lose or maintain weight is portion control, healthy foods and exercise.  "Diets" are really not very good and weight loss pills/appetite suppressors  are not good for you at all.  Instead of dieting look at is as a Lifestyle, look at it as "Could I do this for the rest of my life??" . Eating lots of fiber and drinking a TON of water are a more healthy alternative to keep you feeling full and satisfied throughout the day.  You also want to make sure you are eating MORE often throughout the day, at least 6 times!!  3 solid meals with HEALTHY snacks in between!  I always recommend the website LIVESTRONG.COM to anybody I talk to about this exact subject.  It is a free website that offers nutrition calculator/journal and offers exercise calculators and advice and stuff.  Keeping a nutrition journal is a HUGE thing if you are trying to lose weight, I myself lost 35 pounds using one and my wife lost about the same.  I do have more advice on the subject but I will stop here as I dont even know if you want any of my advice!  :P   Take care and good luck!!  And GET OFF THOSE NASTY DIET PILLS!!!
