Fittness level improved!

 I went for a walk with my dad and his dog recently. Molly the dog got taken off her lesh and we both ran on the big field down the road from us, I ran without going out breath so fast normally I would but my asthma must be improving, yay! Achievement for this month! »

Ab workout improved

 My ABs workout has improved I did do a few different types and did 11 of reverse crunches, then a few others by doing 10 or 8. So..I did in total was 92 of AB workouts! While watching TV of course lol! I feel fit today did my other workouts too, knowing every little bit I do improves can't do it »

Practice makes perfect

 Today I did 12 reps of total 25 reverse crunches with dumbells, leg extensions, double crunches but with the leg  extensions I did more than 25 I think I was not count to well I focused on breathing. Stability in my tummy has improved big time! I did 10 minutes of cardio shape up video, 10 push »

Drinking more water

 Wow! Interesting fact that water improves your health and wellbeing. I been drinking water this week full bottle caring it around with me all day, in the fridge sip through the day. Man my insides needed that clean out detox haha, drinking water is apart of your self esteem. »
