says: i've had the same problem.. i just cancelled a therapy appt today actually cuz its too expensive. I was looking for something cheaper and came across this site only yesterday.. for me this so far seems to be a cool place to get inspiration. Im not into all those "support group" things and church and all that... so i needed something very neutral i guess. But talk to friends and get support from those around you... it really helps!
