starting Over is hard

Here I am starting over again, but this time I want to accomplish my goal. This year my goal is to finish one step at a time instead all at once. I hope anyone that reads can encourage me to stay on track.

Hang in there

I can relate as i too wanted to do everyhing at once and  overwhelmed myself.  Tools has helped me with my focus and helped me to move forward just by doing Tools every day and completing the exercises. I am now on day 88 and I can tell you that is a miracle for me. If I can do it , you can do it!

So do tools every day,no matter what and you'll find you will be more focused to accomplish your goals. Don't quit and give up. Each day in tools builds on the previous so you must keep going and it will eventually click for you.

A big boost to you and all the best!
