I Don't Know About You But...

There's something about a sunny Sunday that doesn't exist any other day. It starts in the morning before the sun comes up. The people that have been looking forward to a round of golf or doing some fishing will be out there sooner than when they leave for their commute to work. I'm glad it is that way because that shows their priorities are in the right place. On the other hand, these same good folks probably complain that going to church is too early so they need to catch a few more zees. (By the way, going to church is a good thing)

Breakfast is another example of how different a sunny Sunday is from other days. There's more time to make a favorite like hot oatmeal cereal with raisins stirred in at just the right time. If I were in a hurry there wouldn't be time to make it let alone enjoy it and a cup of coffee from a favorite mug. By this time the sun is shinning on my orange juice. If you haven't tried you should some sunny Sunday.

The only driving we like to do on a Sunday is to get to church. It's not always possible to stay off the road but this one Sunday the drivers seem to be in a big hurry. I doubt that were going to church, with their ATV's and 4X4's all covered from mud, probably still from the last sunny Sunday.

It's Monday and guess what, the sky is cloudy and memories of yesterday, a sunny Sunday are as many as the Magnolia and daffodils. Have good week, and don't miss the next sunny Sunday.

Just beautiful

Thanks for sharing.  My Sundays are always sunny, as they are a precious gift - regardless of the weather.

Have a great Tuesday! Angie
