Moving Forwad

I've been emotionally stuck since a trauma in childhood. I barely leave the house anymore and I haven't been able to work. I'm experimenting with a bunch of different self help therapy. I've made alot of improvement but still stuck at home.

I feel like music, art is the body language of the soul or spirit or heart or subconcious whatever you want to call it. Find or make art that speaks to you and maybe you'll learn more about yourself.

Sad to hear. :(  I struggle to drive because of my anxiety. Am getting better but imagining not being able to leave the house seems so hard. Wishing you the best.
