Day 2

I made the decision last night that I would log on today, and see what the points were.  I also decided that each day I will decide to log on or not; I will not leave the decision unmade, that is, I won't not make a decision.  If Tools for Life is going to work, then at the very least I have to decide to use it or not.

I'm tired of doing nothing to take control of my life, so I will decide each day whether or not to access the program.  And, if one day I decide to not access the program, then I will have a chance to choose once again the next day.

Beyond that, I am trusting that even if I can't bring more motivation than that, at the very least I will be going through the steps by rote.  That may have to be enough many days, at least for awhile.
