ryanz68's Life List:
Maximum happiness. Being so happy, I have no doubt about where I am or where I should be going. Autopilot toward where I'm supposed to be. Passion, direction, great family, great friend, love, confidence, attractiveness (in and out), success.
Feeling about life the way you feel when you're singing along with a song and don't care what you sound like, what you look like, and who hears.
Do 2 half marathons this year (2011) and at least one Full. (Have done a 1/2 and smaller ones but never done a full) I feel better (self esteem, confidence) when I'm in really good shape. Destinations: Kelowna, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, AZ, Edmonton, Lethbridge. ( Can we do one before spring somehow?? Its hard to run in winter cause it sucks so bad outside. Will figure it out)
Go to Jamaica in January. be in good shape for it.
Go to AZ or PS this spring. 2nd spring vacation
Trip to Australia? (Dmitri and Lindsay)
Fix light fixtures up stairs
Get a new job (Get a Job tools)
Take a course this spring.
Find a Passion. Something you absolutely love to do. Find a way to do it often
Get married. Have a wedding and family on my terms.

everyday

my tip to newbies- doing tools everyday is ideally the way to attack it. The program is awesome but skiipping days makes it tough to stay focused. Not the end of the world but it can become a habit thats easy to let yourself get away with.

Skipped a few and find myself backpeddling to get my mind and attitude back on track.

Good luck everyone. Z

YESS!!

Thank you for posting this i agree, i've not been on for a couple od days and i was back at step one! won't be doing that again!

Consolidate

I agree you have to be consistent, but from time to time take, NOT a break, but a few days to CONSOLIDATE, then you can move on. Its difficult to cram a lot of info in a short time, changing habits of a lifetime, takes time and perseverance, so don't overload yourself. Of course, don't stop every other day, for me it was every 10 days, be aware and move on two days later. If you can go day on day,  great, but the further you go it may be more difficult.

The journey is worth it.
