Feeling about life the way you feel when you're singing along with a song and don't care what you sound like, what you look like, and who hears.
Do 2 half marathons this year (2011) and at least one Full. (Have done a 1/2 and smaller ones but never done a full) I feel better (self esteem, confidence) when I'm in really good shape. Destinations: Kelowna, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, AZ, Edmonton, Lethbridge. ( Can we do one before spring somehow?? Its hard to run in winter cause it sucks so bad outside. Will figure it out)
Go to Jamaica in January. be in good shape for it.

Done-zo

Drumroller please! I, like many of the achievement listings below am at day 90. Really excited and proud that I've been able to stick with it. The program took more a lot more then 90 days, but I think i gave it a real good go. If you're half way through, keep fighting through it. (i remember I slowed down abit)

I wasn't in a down in the gutter type situation going in, but the tools have helped me be a better person. I may have said at points along the way, "this is retarded..." however looking back I'm glad i did it and wholeheartedly back anyone putting themselves out there and seriously committing to the course.

Everyone can improve, and there's a huge lift when you see the community and realize that soo many people out there are just trying to get their shit together. The support network is amazing - and this comes from a guy who was pretty shy in interacting with other toolies.

Anyways, Its all super inspiring stuff. The program take whats self-oriented activity and via the commnity opens your eyes to the struggles, accomplishments, and the insights of 1000's of people in the same boat. I was a loner, but I never felt "alone" per say.

Sometimes in life you'll look around and see a lot of grey... however, this program not only gives you tremendous coping and spin off skills, but it also highlights an overwhelming goodness that a  mass of people are trying to accomplish. It may be me drinking the coolaid but it provides a tremendous feeling knowing that there's really caring good people out there who want to fix their lives and be better.

Want proof? Read some profiles and progress blogs. Check out any of the achievements, blog, or the challenge sections. Examples include: poverty, relationships, depressions, weight issues, anxiety, abuse, death, sickness,

getting a better job, being just happier everyday, YOU NAME IT- its all there and people are overcoming unbeleivable adversity. Some it you get; some of it you've been there.  Others you say,"i can't beleive the strength and courage of that person. Its everywhere and its absolutely amazing. When you read one, you have to send a pat on the back, say good job, or "i've been there, can I help?".

I plan to keep up with the progam and stay involved in the community. Everyone keep plugging away. What you're doing can have a huge impact.

This is a long post, but its easy to talk up. I really believe in the program.

-Thanks Devlyn and staff.

-Thanks Ellis show for tipping me off on it

-Thanks for the support from everyone on the blogs boards.
