finished with day seven

im excited because im done with day seven, im also a littledissappointed in myself because it took two weeks.  went camping so there was a few days gone, then once i got back to work i just got caught up with a project im working on and didnt log on.  i could really tell the difference in not logging on for a while, seems like ive been getting aggravated eassier again, depressed more easily, and not as happy throughout the day.  need to make sure and stick with it and not slip up again.

keep on

Well done for coming back.

Sounds like you're back on track ...Super!

It's a journey and can be up and down I'm finding for me but your awareness of how much better you feel with the program will help to keep you on track!

Keep up the good work

I was pretty on the bal the first 60 days of the program although I did miss days here and there due to vacation, illness, etc. The final 30 days took me several months to finish. But, I finished the program. Not in 90 days but in 7 months. The point is, I started it and I finished it. Don't beat yourself up too much, just do your personal best and this program will benefit you whether you are able to complete it in 90 days or 390 days. :-)
