On the Road to Health

Hello,

I came here from SparkPages and see this as another tool in my toolbox on the road to health.

I have some health issues that have hampered my weight, my emotional health and my finances.  Yesterday I had good news.  I have dealt with ulcerative colitis for 2 years and on Monday, I had my 3rd colonoscopy.  My colon is "looking good" as my doctor put it.  :)  Yeah!!  :)

I have an unstable thyroid and around 2yrs ago, I switched from Synthroid to Arm Thyroid.  I've noticed the difference and for the first time in years, didn't gain one pound over winter.  I think my thyroid isn't functioning as well as it could, so I'll see at the next doctor visit.

I'm doing yoga and loving it.  I have monthly Reiki treatments for headache pain and weekly Reflexology treatments.  It's all coming together.

I thought this place might help me get fully on track with other issues in my life - namely finances.

I am moving into summer with a positive attitude and believe that anything I wish to accomplish, I will.  :)

It just takes hard work and patience - sadly, I'm short on patience.  LOL!

So hopefully this place will help me stay on track and remain patient.  :)
