Day 9 - Suggestions?

Oh my, so much to remember! I'm feeling somewhat overwhelmed right now, and have been slipping on some of the checklist points. I'm thinking of going back a few days (if not all the way back to the beginning...) so I can get good at the first points on the checklist and then try to add more to remember as I move forward again.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Checklist Blues ?

Good news Senarae, we all have that challenge and the checklist is gonna get even longer, but when you are nearing the end there will be a reward.

It is just a case of repetition, and practise, you may may even be on Day 54 still miss the odd thing. You can also try and arrange it in a way which makes it easier for you to remember everything, therefore not strictly in the order on the list.

Also, you have been on Tools for 9 days and are day 9, so as the Coach says on day 2, as I recall, you are part of maybe 50% who get that far, so you're doing great. Chances are you will not do 92 days in a row, if you read the blogs a lot of people stop to review their progress and  "consolidate" all the changes, then move on. I do myself.

Once, I got started I had a false start on day 1 for 3 weeks or so. Then, I did 18 days in a row, and 24 out of 25.  But I was dropping stuff right left and centre, so now I try to stop for a few days after every shopping day to let things bed in. Also, some of the later excercises are very challenging, I'm sure you thrive on a challenge, and it can take a little longer.

Some other Toolers may give similar advice or have a better take on things than me.

Hope this was useful.

Have a great weekend.
