the beginning

well today is day 1 my first day on tools to life. i found this website oddly enough through a radio show i listen to on xm, the jason ellis show. the guy is such a riot to listen to reminds me of hanging out with a bunch of college buddies. but he kept mentioning TOOLS over and over in his show. not pluging it, like saying go here and check it out. in fact it took some digging to find out what "TOOLS" was. i've just tried so many things in my life to make it better i just dont feel like i can trust anyone. there's a miricale pill, diet, or cream out there that claims to solve ALL your problems for $29.99 and it's just BS. i guess my only concern with day 1 on TOOLS is in my toolbox my  excersies were blank, and on a couple other things it said submit your answers, i did and then it didn't save them. i want this to work i really do. let's hope day 2 the wrinkles get ironed out.

Welcome!

I know what you mean. So many advertised "cures".  The great thing about Tools is that it's completely free. (I didn't trust that part for a long time.  I kept waiting for the ad to pop up.)  The next best thing is that it's up to you to take action.  Change is up to the individual. Coach gets you to use all your senses to help motivate you to change yourself.  Tools is a way to reflect on what you want out of life and how to take action on it.  There are a lot of nice people here who will support your journey. Keep experimenting with the web site.  It's not always perfect, but exploring is part of the process. Have a great day!
