I signed up for Wordbirds exercise challenge but when I went in there to log my numbers my icon wasn't on the progress sheet. I don't know what happened. But I am on the ab challenge progress sheet so I will definately be doing that with you. Don't get down on yourself okay? Don't think about anything but what you did today...that's what I do. If I start thinking things like "Oh, you should've been doing this all along." or "Imagine what great shape you'd be in if you only had more discipline." I really start to get depressed. Instead I just say "Okay, what can you do today to make your physical self healthier and stronger?" Seems to work. Your going to rock on both of the challenges, you'll see.
