Morning and Evening Routines

 Just starting week 4 of tools for the second time around.  I was thinking last night and this morning how nice it is to have the routines back again.  My evening routine is so enjoyable now - turn off tv and computer by 10 pm, get ready for bed, do a review of my day, do my reading, my gratitude list and be in bed by 11;  okay so I don't always make it between those times perfectly, but before coming back to TTL I was going to bed about 1 am and fighting to get up to go to work.  Now I am in bed by 11 to 11:20 and each morning I'm waking up earlier.  Ideally I like to get up at 5:00 am, but was staying in bed til the last possible minute.  Now I'm waking up before the alarm goes off - and guess what time - 5:00 am!!!  Now I get up do the morning routine, do some writing, do my TTL lesson for the day, some exercise and get ready to leave for work by 7:40.  It feels so great to have these routines back.  I feel more in control and calmer starting and ending my day - how about you??
