I don't spend a lot of time on the computer, so I am hesitant to begin this process.  However, I'm about to quit smoking - again - and I'm looking for some support.  I am married to a heavy smoker who works out of home and is not ready to quit.  I am feeling the effects of smoking and am on asthma medications now as well as having a history of heart disease in my family - so I need to quit now.  I was successful last year for about 3 months with the help of the new quit smoking drug and that will be part of my plan this time.  The only thing that's missing from my plan is a proper support system.  So here I am.

 They are easy to care for, they are independant, their personalities are so different. They fit in your lap, they don't smell bad and they don't lick my face.

If I could do anything for my neighborhood today, it would be:
 Clean up litter and graffitti in the park - it's an upscale neighbourhood, yet we are not immune from these annoyances.

 While working an evening shift at my previous job about 10 years ago and looking out the west window the most spectacular orange and pink setting sun in a sparsely clouded sky.
