Fear of heights

I have always has a fear of heights...   I have a swamp cooler on my house roof... and have to get up on my roof every year to service it.... always been a nervous wreck every time... and always put it off to the last day.... well yesterday... I needed to service it... I simply told myself... Mark, you are not afraid, it will be fine... get up that ladder and do it...  Unbelievably.... I scaled up the ladder... took care of business... and climbed back down... with absolutly no problem...
Yeeee Haaaa    I thank tools for the new confidance in my life to get over my fear of heights !!!!!!

Congrats Spyfox.

I have a fear of heights too and am well aware that my fear depends on how I'm feeling at that particular time.

When I'm tired and am not feeling great about myself I'm scared, but the days I'm feeling confident I have no problem.

I remember reading about Russell Crowe when he was filming Master and Commander and how he had to scale the ships mast. He too is afraid of heights, but he said in character he wasn't afraid at all.

It really goes to show how our thinking can impact on our lives.
