My life

I have not posted a blog in a long time so I think it's time to vent alittle. First off I would like to thank Coach Steele and the whole Tools staff for helping me at my lowest point. When I started the program I thought it was me against the world. I had just lost my best friend to a motorcycle accident and lost my girl because of my temper.I was the most miserable walking the face of the earth. I went on a 5 month bender basically trying to kill myself. At one point had a bottle of vodka and a handful of pills in my hand and that the lord I passed out or I wouldn't be here today. I woke up and remembered hearing Jason Ellis talking about Tools on his radio show. I checked out the site and started that day. I have had a few slip up since I started fell off the program for a bit. I have started back up following the check lists giving myself a mental check up. It works I have not been in the state of mind that I started with. I have had like I said some slip ups. But I know how to change it and that is why I did this program to re program my thinking. I have a friend who is going through a rough patch and I turned him on to Toolls today I hope he starts the program because if it worked for me it can work for anyone!!!!!!

Thank you for reading and keep it up

You can do it

Sean
