Day 3

It's funny to me how each day so far has lined up with what was going on with me the day before.  Today was learning about taking problems and looking at them as opportunities instead.  Yesterday, I was dwelling on a few "problems" I am having and I couldn't get out of the negative thinking.  It was an all day and all night event.

I wake up today and start Day 3 and what do you know it's talking about exactly that.  Now today I am going to focus on those issues that were bringing so down yesterday and find the opportunity in each one because I can and will make it to the other side!!

Keep Going

Its great that seems to keep happening to me as well.  Have a great daySmile

so true!

I have this revelation almost EVERY day on tools... it's ridiculous.

Thankfully, I am only on my third week and already I am seeing huge gains in my capacity to change my attitude!

Keep it goin'!
