The other day I was having coffee with friends and one of them said that she did not want to smile too much or she might get lines. I was a little shocked... smile lines?? They aren't so bad I told her; they show your character-that you are a happy person.

Needless to say she was not impressed with my answer.

I think the older we get the more interesting we get. My Dad was a doctor for many years and has since retired. He loved his job and worked very hard. He looks fantastic and the lines on his face conmpliment him. He doesn't look like he was dragged down by life. He lived life and was happy.

I think that smiling over the years and finding, "YOUR HAPPY" is what it is all about!
