Redirecting my Life

 

I found this paragraph on a wonderful motivational site.  I had the time to think about what it meant in my life and I will try to hold it in my heart for a while. “Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, and confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, reunite old friendships. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow."

It is time that I view my life as full and rich.  This is not only a great day but 2008 is going to be a great year.  I will fill each day with gratitude for what I have.  I will do that each morning and there  will be little room for anything that is less than hearlthy and strong.

Good for you!  Keep on with the Tools thing and you'll see gratitude is present throughout (at least as far as I've gone). Sounds like you have a positive spin that will see you through!
