Have you tried the Nicotrol? I've been smoke free since January 4th!! I've smoked since I was 12. It is a little plastic cigarette that you put a nictoine cartridge in it. So you actually feel like you're smoking -- and you're not -- and you get the nicotine so that you don't go crazy and kill people. It is a prescription only, but it worked for me. Good Luck!!
