Weight loss

 I now weigh what I agreed to loose back several weeks ago for this program.  I'm still loosing because I need to do.  I'm following a program that gives me support and is structured.  It also retrains your eating habits for the better and insists that participants drink plenty of water.  My arthritus is bothering me less since I've started getting the weight off which means I can exercise more.
