Day 9 Finished!

 

Today was a hard day to get through for me. The Train your Brain section had too much math in it and slowed my brain down! LOL! 

 

I read 300 miles to the tank and it just didn't compute because my brain was thinking 300 miles to the gallon.  Which caused me to really want a car like that! LOL!

 

I had to take a few breaks from that section, it was too much to take in all at one time for me today. 

 

But I did get through it and it was helpful to know about exercising off 1000 calories per day to lose 2 lbs per week.  See - more math!

 

Math slows my brain down. Which is ironic since I'm the accountant at work.  ha! Well, accounting software figures most of it out.. Sorry, didn't mean to get side-tracked into something so EXCITING! Tongue out
