well i also have this problem.
when i wake up before the alarm goes off(most of the times it's not a hour but still).
i just lay in bed and go back to sleep again cause i think i have some more time.
and then when the alarm does go off i don't want to get up.
so i think just getting up and clapping your hands and doing the routine is the best option when you wake up before hte alarm clock.
and maybe when you wake up like a hour before the alarm clock, maybe you should take this hour and go outside while it's still very silent outside or go joggin.
i think you will feel much benefit from it.
