My name is Matt and i am a chef by trade. As of right now i am helping my father with his company dealing with alternative ways of fuels for automobiles. I am also working for a courier company. I have a good head on my shoulders and have been told multiple times that i have an old soul. I do not get stressed out a lot cause i know that there are many thing in this world that i can not control. I am very down to earth and am quite friendly at times.

 Bear

 a bear is my fav. wild animal because it resemble me the most. a fierce exterior with a big heart.

Why:
 cause i have one, and i love big dogs.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
 i will make it :) and it will be a NY steak med rare, along side roasted garlic cheesy mashed potatoes, with grilled asparagus. and don't forget the sourdough garlic bread. Accompanied with a 2008 New Castle.
