Alcohol needs to go away.

I drank too much on Friday night and Saturday ended up being kind of loss. I suffered from depression and anxiety attacks. I know that if I am going to grow to the next level something is going to have to go. I am tired of trading an entire day for a few hours of alcohol induced fun and relaxation. I really want to take this next step, but do I want it bad enough to give up that couple of hours on Friday nights? Yes. Yes I do.

You can do it!

I sometimes drink way too much and the next day... well, let's just say that the day sucks, I feel like crap and don't get anything done. I need to control the amount I drink sometimes in order to fully enjoy each and every day better. We can do this!!!

By the way, I used to live in Montana (Livingston) and went to Park High School there. I don't know if it's the same school you went to... but that would be funny huh? I loved it in Montana!

Way To Go!!

I have a family member who has drink problems so can understand the pain it brings for both you and family members.

The most important  thing is that you want to beat it. You are doing the right thing by looking for support  - and myself and others I am sure will provide that positivity you need.

But for now - Well done for wanting to go for it!!

Keep it up!

Ollie.

Thanks!

Cheetah7712 - Yep! I graduated from Livingston but 2 years before you were born. My folks owned Roy's Market on Main Street. I'm sure it was probably the Pickle Barrel while you were growing up. I still have family and friends there so enjoy going back.

And thanks for your support - Yes, we can do this!

Thank you too Ollie!
