Minor setback in the program

 

I traveled this last week and it really messed with my program. The days truly were full and the fact that I was with 'at work' from morning to night gave me the excuse I needed to slip back into the same old. I know I can do better and stay on track even when on the road and at trade shows. I have to be. I am headed out next week and I am committed now to have the tools in place to stay on track.
