21 days and looking forward to day 22

 

I've learned a lot and have changed. Guess you can teach an old dog new tricks. 

 

I have spent the last 15 years sleeping with the television on as a way of shutting down the mind. I have used alcohol has self medication(a lot) to sleep at night. For the last week all I need to do is go in, crawl in and turn off the light. I feel great.
