I am a fun loving person that has gotten a bit out of control lately with drugs and alcohol.  I am increasingly worring about my health, and state of mind. I currently have a great house, good paying job and family and friends who love me. I wish to keep my job, control my addictions and not burden the people who love me.  I'm also not very good at grammar, and spelling? 

The past is the past and I'm not sure what to write here.  The only point i can come up with is that I can see that my behavour has changed a bit outside the norm.

I wish to be drug and smoke free.  I wish I could have a positive outlook in life instead of always being pesimistic. I want to change from doing bad habits for fun to do healthy ones instead.
