This is a fantastic site! I also belong to SparkPeople.com, so you can contact me here or there.

 

I love both of these sites, since the people are encouraging and motivating to stay on top of the changes I need to make in my life.

 

I am a director for a non-profit, and it's always encouraging to help others and to hear how others live their lives. I also draw much strength from the struggles overcome by others and hope I can do the same for them.

I joined TOOLS because:
 I needed to evaluate my motives and make sure I am on the right track.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
 Working with people to better understand themselves and grow into happier and healthier human beings.
My favorite wild animal is:
 My favorite wild animal is the gazelle. It's beautifully sleek and powerful.
Why (describe as much as possible):
 I know the importance of family and friends both in supporting and encouraging my goals. I like meeting new people and I also love the internet so combining the two adds a little spark in my life and I hope I can add some to others lives as well.
My favorite domestic animal is (if you choose dog be specific with breed etc):
 I love all animals, but have had labrador retriever mixes for the most part. I love their energy and their boundless affection. My pets also motivate me to stay healthy so that I can also walk with them and be active enough to appreciate them as well. Taking care of dogs and cats takes time and energy and building my own discipline helps me to handle them with better skill.
Why:
 I love the high energy animals even though it takes more work to keep them as pets. It forces me to be active in my own life and to stay healthy as well.
