Howdy- I am single and live with two dogs and a couple of cats. I work full time in healthcare. I am interested in healthy living and in living a better life. I don't know how this works; probably will want to revise this and make it more creative later. I enjoy walking and have walked one full marathon and two halfs; am sidelined for now with some temporary health problems. I look forward to getting back on the road ASAPSmile

Why:
 I recently read a great book about John Adams and was pleasantly surprised to learn of the wonderful relationship he and his wife Abigail enjoyed. I would love to hear a discussion of our modern govt. with JA, AA and Thomas Jefferson. The Spiritual Team and Florence would let me ask them about the meaning of life and the meaning of service to others, suffering, etc.

A sunset I remember:
 My favorite time is just after sunset, when the sky is my favorite deep purple-blue color, fading to the black on one side and the lightest salmon-pink on the other. It is a positively magic time of day.
