Week 1 Fin

I finally finished week 1. Small break due to being on vacation over the holidays. I smoke cigarettes on NYE and NYD but I haven't since, and I think I'm done. The more I listen to and do TOOLS, the less I really want to smoke and the more I want to just be a better person. 

I've been exercising daily for the first time in 10 years, and eating healthier than I have in that same period. It kind of feels weird that this is happening at the same time where everyone else is talking about "new year's resolutions" and all that. People keep asking me what mine is and I just say nothing. Becuase, yeah, I am changing, but it's not because the calendar hit 1/1/10.  

The main thing I haven't done that I'd really like to, is start writing again. I used to have a semi-popular blog-type website where I wrote funny stories about whatever was on my mind. Now I don't feel like I have the time or the content, and I feel like people are too busy with texting and twitter to read long, drawn-out articles about stuff unless it's the Onion or that stupid Cracked website. My goal next week is to write something about anything. Maybe I'll post it here and see if people still think I'm funny, or if they'll at least tell me they think I'm funny, even if it's a lie.

Ok I'm done. I'll try to update soonish.
