The first thing on my checklist was to actually set my alarm clock and get up saying "I'm having a great day". Since it has been so long since I have got up at a decent time or going to bed earlier, I had a few problems getting to sleep last night. I kept tossing and turning. Getting up wasn't to bad, of coarse a couple of cups of coffee helped out a little. Anyway so far, so good when it comes to the checklist!
