Day 1 i am not sure where this program will take me, but what i can tell you i love the to wake up.

my problem is the falling asleep. i feel like a little kid in the respect that i might miss something great if i go to sleep. dont get me wrong i can go to sleep very fast i just cant get my self to climb into bed.

  i really like to keep to my self . so this entire process is very hard for me to handle. but i will trust that this is what i need in my life.

 

  i want to change my life i want to be happy.

so "i am having a great day"

The going to sleep dilemma...

 

I am there and will be researching some methods/natural remedies for this.

More than willing to share LOL.

 

Perspective accounts for a lot, and learning how ultimately you can change your perspective is an invaluable tool.
