 They look like Burl Ives as the santa in Rudloph the Red Nosed Reindeer, or a seal pup-who can resist?
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
 I would order a surf/turf dish like beef medallions and sea bass, with a port wine/ veal stock reduction and a mix of wild mushrooms, served with mashers with a hint of truffle oil and carmelized carrots that have been braised in chicken stock, then sprinkled w/parsley
Why:
 Because I just made it up and it tastes great in my mind right know!
