I'M CHALLENGED ...
... But even then, I'd really like to be of help. I was actually in the middle of answering your previous blog before this one (on why you lost your blog). And my comment and your blog just disappeared ... figured out that you must have deleted it and replaced it with this recent blog (which I am, again, responding to).
Anyway, I had a quick browse at your previous blogs so I would have an understanding of what you're going through. Your first and initial blog says that you haven't been out of the house and need a service dog (is that to look after the house? Or be with you while you're out?). Second day, you were out with your family and you had a wonderful time (that is great!). Also, a man run over you (did he do it with his car, or he bumped into you?). The whole day you had an attack (anxiety/panic attack?). You mentioned that the medication to stop you from smoking is aggravating your attack. This really has to be discussed thoroughly with your different doctors.
So, summing up things, I think you have to have a good talk with your doctor and/or counsellor and lay down all your cards on the table. Misuse or stopping medication for a specific purpose without consulting your specialist could be deterimental to your health. Especially having the attack for a day. Discuss all the angles and avenues on how every aspect of this counselling (plus medication from your doctor/s) could either benefit or disadavantage you. It looks to me that it's not just a simple issue. It's a bit more complicated. It needs to be looked at more in details. (I'm not a medical practitioner but I quite have a rough idea on what's going on - I used to have panic attacks before ... but they're all gone and had never revisited me. Thanks goodness!). But on your end, encountering this attack for the whole day is a bit serious. (Mine used to last for a good 10-15 minutes). And for you to have a service dog is just another issue to consider. This, I think, is beyond a regular panic or anxiety attack.
Thanks for sharing those unpleasant incidences. Please talk it out in details. Should there be a need for a 3rd opinion, do so (doctor's opinion, one who's very knowledgeable on the field). Keep on coming and keep on posting. Somewhere, somehow, each of us could be here for support and little shares on how we would be of help. Please consider the coimmunity's helping hand and don't have qualms in asking ... anything. We'll try to partake with you and your problems.
Look after yourself. Stay positive, be determined, seek help, pray and ask for guidance.
Have a peaceful great day, TK!
Cheers,
Autumn Mist
Here it is
My SD will go out with me in public places.
No he didn't hit me with a car, it was his body
I did go to the drs today and we talked about the problems I am having and about my meds. She stop one med and raised one on my other med. And she is replacing the smoking med, with a med that won't add to the problems I already have. Why do you think that the dog is anoter problem?
Thank you for your comments

I HAVE A PRECIOUS LOYAL DOG ...
... and we love each other to death. Whoops, don't get me wrong. Of, course the dog is not another problem. I must have gotten it wrong, then. I thought, all the while (when you said service dog), you've got somebody who's providing you with a dog to service you to guard or look after you. In that case then, I'd presume that your SD is actually your own dog.
It's so wonderful to have a pet dog with us (it's like carrying a priceless trophy wherever we are). My "mongrel" who is turning 7 soon, had always been with us wherever we go (when she was still a puppy). She went with us to day festivals, tag her along while visiting pup-loving friends and (of course)walking her to few of leash-free beaches where she could frolic with the waves and/or sand with other happily ecstatic dogs. We also used to take her to some specified restaurants (where they have side verandah - used for alfresco breakfast and are which is not utilized during lunch and dinner). In fact, the restaurant manager was mad about her, she's spefically given treats and clean water while my hubby and I are pleasantly having our lunch. It's only a thick glass wall separating us, so we could still see her in full view while feasting and taking our time inside the restaurant.
Whoops, this dog tale is getting longer than a leash. Thanks for the lovely feedback, I appreciate it. Hope this next comment made myself a bit clearer. And I'm happy you seem to be sounding much better.
Clap, splash, brush, smile. Keep on posting. Love that smile, keep wearing it ... I do! Enjoy!
Cheerio,
AMist
