Day 90

I am just finishing up Day 90 and the most positive thing I have noticed is that I am a lot happier and more relaxed in my everyday life.  I have finished four classes at university since I started tools (one more elective and I have a degree!), played a full season of hockey, and lost ten pounds.  My job has become more enjoyable and organized.  My relationships have improved and I have begun to stand my ground and realize when I am being taken advantage of.  Also, I have not been drinking as much and when I do it's only a couple.  I havent been drunk in months and I don't have any desire too, I have found better things to do.  I feel like there is a lot of things I would like to do but I am confident that I can break it all down to daily action.  I have never had a better idea of what I want in the future and that is a good starting point.
