Self-esteem, focus, and losing weight

While I have a lot of motivations to work on tools. Regaining my health by losing weight is very important.

As I work through tools though I am learning My focus should by my current lack of self-esteem. I do have slight nudding of desire to change. I am grabbing onto that to work through this program.

I believe I have the power to be the person I desire to be. God has given me great power and I choose to often to ignore it. He is the power that is within me.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I can. Why is easy to say You can do it and believe it for someone else then turn around and doubt ourselves.

I am the difference. I am powerful. I am worthy.

Thats the spirit!

I see you have only 4 days into the program.  That is a significant beginning. Good job.  Keep at it!  Reference your blog.  You sound motivated and that is key.  The program will work for you as long as you work at it.

Not always do we choose to ignore what God says, but sometimes, I think we just dont know what or how to do it.  Still you appear to have the right motivation and know where your heart needs to be.  So enjoy this program, one day at a time.  I believe you will be one of those people who get alot out of it.  I know I did.  Welcome and best of tools!

Thank you

Encouragement does help.
