My name is Tommy and I am 26 years old. My wife and my 6 year old boy is my world. I feel like i'm in a pretty good place in my life right now. Every now and then I get stuck in a negative thinking pattern. Now that i am learning TOOLS I will learn to overcome this way of thinking.
