gave up smoking

yep. i gave it up. i knew it would be easy as i have done it earlier in my life. i don't seem to have strong dependency on nicotine, well not as much as some of the horror stories of quitting smoking describe. so this is important, i quit!

the best things, the advantages in quitting, that come into my mind are... now i can

- go jogging without any problems in getting oxygene, and it will get easier every day

- wake up in the morning without sour throat

- smell the clean clothes, the fresh winter air, everything - also those bad smells : ) !

- go on living without having to spend any money to cigarrettes

and there are many more... but the main thing is that i decided and took action.
