getting back into tools

 

the holidays are over and it was time to come back to tools with all of my attention. 

 

the breakthrough - the mental shift - is that made first of the self-made-self-help-tapes today. when i listened to it, it sounded and felt a lot better than i would have guessed!


it really is great to know that from now on i can make my own tapes!
