Rough Riding

My day was not good yesterday, I slipped into my old self a lifeless blob. I was down and I just didn't want to do anything. Worst my wife was helping me with a craft project with the Boy Scouts which I am the leader. The kids were wild and my wife was getting overwhelmed and I just sat there and did nothing then when we got home I just let the kids do nothing instead of what there supposed to do(shower, homework, ect) My wife was trying to study for an exam and was struggling with it as my youngest son was beating on the drum set. She lost it on me and then I realized what I was doing but the moment was lost. I felt angry at myself and I just gave up.I moped around all morning and then I logged into Tools and did the day it helped and I changed my attitude. I just thought I would not  go back to that blob. Thanks for listening No complaints No excuses just new opportunities

Doing Tools...........

is a great way to stay on target!

You can do it, keep going! You can do it, keep going!ABMe

Change is like the stock market

If you look at the stock market graphs every single day it goes up and down but overall it goes up.  Why does it continue to grow?  probably because we all have faith.

This is a great analogy for change.  You are on a stock market path - which stock you invest in will vary the path but there will always by ups and downs.

It is great that you can see both (the ups and the downs) as otherwise you wouldn't have any faith in Tools.

Seeing is the first step to changing.

Have a great day! Angie
