Stopo and Think Full-stop
Just stepping back and thinking before talking, acting anything seems to help a huge amount.
Think you are onto something.
Have a great day! Angie
My Attitude
I am new to the program, just did day 1, so I have not gotten to where you are yet but I have come here to change my life attitude so your title caught me. I am figuring that my attitude is one of the reasons I am unhappy. Just listening to Day 1, it is all about changing my attitude first thing in the morning to start off as positive as possible. Telling yourself each morning "I am having a great day" before you even do anything makes alot of sense! I have always heard attitude is everything so I have stickers that say "Positive" posted in my work cube. My stickers have not helped me. I am hoping that somehow I will reprogram my brain to start off positive that way it continues through my day and hopefully shows in my productivity and hopefulness. Well thank you to anyone who reads this and I hope we can all gain a Positive, Productive, and Happy attitude!
Aint it the truth!
