46 and Still Kicking

Just had my 46 birthday yesterday. It started out rough, I was depressed. I was depressed about all the events that happened this year. My business failed, I'm declaring Bankrupcy, and My marriage of 19 years is a mess. I was in no mood to celebrate anything. I went through the day kind of down. When I got home last night from work my wife had a beautiful dinner prepared and the table was set in a Christmas theme and all candle lit. My daughter played Happy Birthday on the piano and my son made me a card and my wife gave me a card that gives me hope that we are on the mend. Its one of the best birthdays that I can remember. What a huge difference from the morning. I just want to thank Tools and all of you that read and respond to my ramblings because without your support I'm sure I would not be working this hard to repair my marriage and reconnect with my family. Thanks!

Dave

Ps I also lost 25 pounds since October. I still have alot more to go but I know I'm going to get to my goal

Out of bankruptcy comes...

Many of the successful people in the world have been bankrupt.  So now is a great time to make changes - you have nothing to lose - and by the way some of your life seems pretty great.  Happy 46th! Have a great day! Angie

Happy Birthday

To a new year, filled with a new attitude, a new focus, a new life with those you love!!!!

Cheers to you for realizing the effort of and appreciating the love from your family!!!!!

Family worth working hard for

That's lovely. There's love there, for sure.

I agree: let's salute to a new year, and new beginnings!

congrats on the weight loss! Wow.
