Change

Talking to my marriage consulor he said as we change there will be consequences. I'm starting to see them now. Some have been good, some bad. Good, I'm more alive, I see things, smell things, I take notice. I have more energy than I have in a long time. I have opened up more to people, I have taken down my shields. I also can leave work at work and not bring it home. I have reconnected with my children. I have learned to look at tasks with a better attitude.  The bad, I have seen that some of my new me has confused or has made my wife raise an eye brow at me. But in the same token some of the new her has made me wonder about us. I think I have focused too much on our relationship and pushed too hard. I will back off a little and let things progress naturally.  Well thati s all for now thanks dave

That is great advice to self

Dave, keep at it.  Things will find their new balance in time.  Have a great day, Angie
