As everyone else, I took the tools program as well - my aim was to boost my confidence and self esteem. I have been very lucky to be involved in projects, jobs and relationships that have boosted my confidence over the past few years.
However, my weight has always gone up and down - by my own admission through not looking after myself well enough. Something that over the past few weeks I have tried to change.
Because of this, I have now lost 15lbs in weight to date - not a huge amount, but I am gradually losing 1/2lb every week which is great.
This has been done by walking instead of driving more often, getting more exercise, and also getting a better eating routine - something that has made a big difference.
My share is that, be patient, be happy for every tiny bit of weight you lose ( if you are trying to lose weight that is!, or for every tiny achievement that you gain.
