I can do more...

Hum... wanted to pull this out of the reading for the day so that I wouldn't loose it... it really hit home. Then you will hear things like, “I have already apologized one hundred times. What more do you want from me?” or “There’s nothing more I can do. I said I&rsqu»

Count down to Mexico...

Just realizing I have only 2 and a half working days to go before my vacation.   I am sure tools have a lot to do with this; I am really calm.   My normal response to vacation is stress, panic and anxiety.  I get very concerned that my being away will negatively af»

I think I need to do more than just be grateful...

Today the topic was on gratitude.  Well I have so much to be grateful for and I am very aware of the many things I am blessed with... Two people immediately came to mind:  My husband and my sister.  Both are my best friends.  Both are amazing gifts.  Then I got thinking»

Can you be too responsible...?

Ever since I was a little kid I have been told not to chase after some things because it isn't my responsibility... I still get it now. I don't mean to follow into one fo the traps but I typically never make excuses.  Not for me and not for others.  If something should have be»

At least I know I want this to work!

Today the affirmation was... Day by day I am taking control and following a road map to accomplishing my goals. I can do this.  I want to do this.  So there is one thing to build a goal around... Now I have to really find out what I want apart from this.  I have be»

Massive Attack

JuliaBoonfate had asked a question "Music for creating" and it made me think of songs that inspired. That in turn made me remember a song that related nicely to tools. I am a fan of the music from Massive Attack and one of their songs rings true for that trust in yourself an»

Day One and I already have to deal with an addiction...

I am Tracie and I am a snooze-button-a-holic.  I have tried to stop but I just have the need to push the button 2 or 10 times each morning.  I have even been awake and will purposely lie around waiting to hit it.  It is so reassuring to have that control? If I am to really not hi»
